Why does Alpha Aura not have a phone number?

 

As an online retailer, we conduct all of our business on the internet. In order to keep our customer service as efficient as possible, we are committed to responding to all enquiries via email, Facebook and Instagram messenger for the time being.

 

Product Care

 

Due to the unique material blend, we recommend you wash your products on a cool wash, no greater than 30°degrees and hang dry them. We recommend you do not tumble dry.

When ironing, please iron on a warm temperature but do not exceed 150℃ sole-plate temperature.

When are you restocking?

 

Our product lines have different restock dates, which are available to view on the product’s webpage and via our email newsletter. If you have any questions about a specific product, please contact our support team at support@alphaaura.co.uk.

We try our hardest to keep up with demand so products are never usually out of stock for too long. When are you bringing out new products?

 

We are constantly innovating and committed to introducing new pieces to our ever-expanding collections. With that in mind, if there are any products you would like to see, please feel free to send us an email - support@alphaaura.co.uk with your suggestion.

 

Where is my order confirmation email?

 

1.Check Your Spam or Promotions Folder

Sometimes, confirmation emails may land in your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Please check there first.

2.Verify Your Email Address

Ensure that the email you used during checkout is correct. If there was a typo, the confirmation email may not have been delivered.

3.Allow Some Time

Order confirmation emails are typically sent within a few minutes, but in rare cases, it may take up to an hour due to high order volumes or system delays.

4.Search for Our Store Name

Use the search bar in your email inbox and type our store’s name or “order confirmation” to locate the email.

5.Still No Email? Contact Us!

If you haven’t received your confirmation email after an hour, reach out to our customer support team with your order details, and we’ll assist you.

How long before my order ships?

 

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. (same day if purchased within the countdown timer).

During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

 

Shipping Time:

Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 working days, while express shipping is faster.


Tracking Your Order:

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way!

Can I Change My Shipping Address?


If your order has NOT been shipped yet:

Yes! Contact us as soon as possible with the correct address, and we’ll update it for you.


If your order has ALREADY been shipped:

Unfortunately, we can’t change the address once the order is in transit. However, you may be able to contact the shipping carrier to request a redirection.
